Why is this girl keep trying to get me to look at her?

She is a coworker but works in another department. She keeps coming to my work area trying to get me to look at her. I use to see her in the break room she would sit in front of me and twirl her hair. I took different breaks because she would mock me when I talk to people. She is marry so I don't think she wants me LOL and I'm female why is she bothering me. She also said shes gaining weight now she must be walking to her friend when I was walking ahead of them Is she crazy?
