Best electrical engineering schools in Minnesota?

i am currently going to community college in seattle and trying to move to minnesota by may. i'll transfer my school to normandale community college in minneapolis then i don't kno which 4 years school to transfer. could anyone tell me the best schools that have electrical engineering programmes? thanx in advance
