I think I got carbon monoxide poisoning?

Today I smoked hookah with my friend for about 30 min to an hr and after that i started to feel light headed, dizzy, nauseous but no headache i don't think. I had a weird feeling in my stomach, that feeling of puking lasted for an hr until I puked out red liquid. after that I still felt nauseous and about to puke for like 2 hrs until now I feel fine. But was that carbon monoxide poisoning? The room I was smoking in wasn't ventilated...and the day before I smoked it there too.
