Is this a weird way of doing crunches/sit-ups?
I use leg cuffs (shackles) on my feet and lock my feet around some object to stabilize them so I can keep them in one place. Otherwise, I can't keep my feet on the ground when doing crunches or sit-ups. It works surprisingly well. Is it weird?
