Why can't i ever get a boyfriend?

i'm 16. never had a boyfriend. i'm not ugly, although i admit that i wasn't very pretty until about halfway through last year. but now i'm pretty. i'm not fat, but i have bigger thighs and a smaller stomach. i'm like a size 8. so i'm not skinny, but i don't look fat at all. sometimes people say that i look younger than i am. sorry i dont have a pic to post, but anyways: i have lots of girl and guy friends, i'm in the popular group at school, i'm smart, funny, and very nice. but also i'm kind of quiet. i'm not really shy, i just don talways haves tuff to say. what do i do? how do i get a bf? my school is small, like 150 people per cl, we all know each other.
