What is your opinion on this?

i have been casually seeing this guy for 21 months now.lately his behaviour has changed.he is doing things like leaning in for a kiss for no reason,kissing me goodbye on the lips,during he is kind and gentle,caressing me,holding me.he is more attentive towards me,winking a lot at me,calling me babe,if he misses my call he calls me right back,just today after we were standing up and he pulled me into a hug and held me close,he was leaving and he ran back in to give me a final kiss.he drove off before me and when i turned the corner he was parked at the side of the road and when he saw me he pulled out to drive in front of me.do you think he has feelings for me????past casual????
