What does my dream mean?

I dreamt that I was at work on a regular day. For some reason, I had to leave work and run an errand. It started to rain, I mean POUR down raining. I was driving, and couldn't find my way to someplace that should have taken about 10 minutes. All of the road and highway signs were unfamiliar to me, and I just couldn't get back on track. I end up at a courthouse with my little four-year old cousin, holding him by the hand, ironically, leading him around when I'm lost. We go in circles. Eventually, we get out through a parking garage and now it's dark, but still raining very hard. I p a hospital and a guy wandering on the street, but I'm nervous to ask for directions. I end up at a street that dead ends into a house in the dark.
