Play the game virtual villagers and they keep dying ,after the clearing the creek up,help?

They are probably dying because they don't have enough food. When you first start the game, have one villager building the hut, 3 researching and 2 foraging. Save up your tech points until you can buy the second level of farming, then they can start growing crops and won't use up the berry bush. Unblocking the creek isn't important until later. Your initial goals should be in this order: 1. Food 2. Research. 3. Making babies
