Why are most men insensitive, arrogant, and stupid?

Insistent men get more women. Men know that many women are fickle so initial rejection doesn't mean much. Also, if a man is hitting on a woman, who doesn't have the common sense to know that he's not doing so to be friends? Giving out your number isn't a very good hint that you aren't interested.
