PLEASE HELP ME!!! Will this work for him to get out of my life?

I am very angry at my ex boyfriend. We were fwb for a month last month because I was home alone. We agreed that its a month thing and after the month end he will not be calling me anymore about . He promised and we said our goodbyes and I was like I hope to see you in a few years. I don't want to hear from him because I still kinda like him but we can't be in a relationship because of certain cirstances. Guess what, he's been texting about us being fwb again after a month of not talking. I am so mad at him for breaking his promise, can't he just let go of me. I agree to meet up with him tonight and just tease him and then yell at him for being so horny and make him erase my number. I can choose to ignore him but whenever I get a text from him, he distracts me. So its better if I just don't hear from him at all. I don't want to change my number just because of him...too much hle. I want to tell him how hurt I am because if he cared for me he wouldn't have disrespected me like this and how embar I am that I actually liked and admired him.
