Yes it does. Basic courses like English and Math will, but no cl that is an accounting or business course, unless of course as stated, they make an exception. The latter part is simply talking about satisfying prerequisites like taking economics before a finance course, but not courses like financial and managerial accounting which sounds like must be taken at USC.
