How may terminally ill and old people will obama obama kill with his plan to ration care?

uhh well the old will get no care because they are too old for it and the terminally ill will also get none because why give someone treatment and waste the money if there going to die anyway?...you see it's cruel. I can't stand this man as president. It was a mistake he was ever elected....he wants this to be a socialist country and i can't believe people think that's okay.
