How do you write an outline for a speech in honor of someone?

For one of my final ignments as a high school senior, I have to write and present a speech in honor of someone. I've already chosen my subject to be Trent Reznor. I have to write an outline for the speech and give it to my teacher for approval..but my problem is that I really have no idea how to write an outline for this kind of speech, nor do I really know exactly what information should be included in the speech itself.
