How can I respark the pion in my marriage?

My husband and I have been together for 3 years and married for one. We moved to the Midwest/South recently from California and are so bored here. He is always so tired when he comes home and never wants to do anything anymore, and he has become even more indecisive than he was before. I am trying to stay positive and loving, but I don't know what to do anymore.
