Would you want nano bots in your body?

i wouldnt want one in me. id rather a dr who has been trained and such be in there. yes he could make a mistake but a nano could just as well. nothing is 200% ever. id take my chances on a dr who can explain everything before and after its done without standing there without answers because he didnt see whatever the nano seen himself.
