Is there ANYONE besides me that actually believes Phelps BEAT Cavic?

its true that phelps did beat cavic but i believe cavic COULD have beatin phelps if only he had stretched out a little longer, cavics head was in front of phelps but phelps touched the touch sensitive pad first.
