How can I patch things up with an oversensitive female friend?

Wow very confusing but if I have to say, she's a girl for sure. They play mind games on us to see how far we'd go, or if we will go to far. Just let her come to you, girls are impatient and she will hate the fact that your ignoring her and will want to change that. Just kinda weave in and out, at school or the coffee shop (Since you all meet there) and just keep you fresh on her mind, she'll go crazy. :)
