I'm lactose intolerant and had spaghetti for dinner. I KNOW I shouldn't eat dairy, but I just love cheese! I put a small amount of cheddar cheese and Parmesan into my food. It was delicious. But soon after I got all bloated and have a very bad cramp in my side. It seems to subside and go away and I'll burp, but then it comes back. I took a little home remedy I was taught and drank some warm water with baking soda and baking powder mixed in. It helped some. But I'm still in pain. What can I do?
