Has anyone heard any warnings about NOT flying into LAX with the wildfires?

We are set to visit Huntington Beach, Laguna, etc... for a week as part of a family wedding. I haven't heard anything about NOT visiting, but it seems crazy to add more people to that mess and if we do get there, we may not be able to GO anywhere with closed freeways. Anyone?
