Cheddar? Swiss? Feta? Pepper Jack? Or Limburger? Which Cheese from this list do you like better?

Cheddar but that's not really a one choice question. I mean each cheese has a special purpose. Like Reuben's have to have Swiss! Limburger or cheddar would not work. Then there is TeX-Mex you have got to have cheddar or pepper jack. Feta is great in salads, on pizza or in certain recipes. I love to just eat pepper jack and cheddar all by it's self to. I don't have any purpose for Limburger except to bait fish traps! YUCK>>>>
